Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and translate business priorities into targeted recruitment strategies
Source, screen, interview and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff for assigned client groups and markets
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies and local industry contacts to create a proactive talent pipeline
