Recruiter I

The Recruiter I implements recruitment strategies to increase girl and adult membership and expand awareness of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains within an assigned geographic area. This role serves as a community ambassador by building relationships with prospective members, volunteers, schools, and community organizations to promote the value of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. The position supports membership growth through community outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with regional staff and community partners.
