Anthropic is seeking an M&A Recruiter to serve as a bridge between Corporate Development and technical organizations, focusing on sourcing and assessing high-level technical talent for acquisitions. This critical role involves partnering with founding leadership to evaluate target companies, build relationships with technical elites, and lead the recruitment and onboarding of exceptional engineers and researchers. The candidate will collaborate across Legal, People, and Product teams to structure competitive offers while maintaining strict confidentiality during sensitive acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Corporate Development to evaluate M&A targets for talent quality and cultural fit
Build relationships with founders and technical leaders at potential acquisition targets
