The Recruiter for Operations at Whatnot is responsible for leading high-volume hiring efforts for key operational roles such as Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plans. The recruiter will manage multiple open positions simultaneously, emphasize diversity in hiring practices, and continuously refine the recruiting process based on candidate feedback while mentoring peers and establishing scalable recruitment workflows. Candidates should have at least two years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments, a strong focus on sourcing, and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
