The Recruiter, Park Operations supports the Central Park Conservancy's People and Culture team by managing high-volume recruitment for non-exempt operations roles and providing employee relations guidance. This position focuses on delivering an exemplary candidate experience and supporting new hires through their 90-day introductory period. The role serves as a liaison between Park Operations and the People and Culture team to foster staff development and retention.
