Recruiter & People Operations Generalist - Montreal, Canada

The Recruiter & People Operations Generalist will lead end-to-end recruiting while supporting day-to-day people operations and administrative functions for a rapidly scaling, AI-focused agency. The role partners with the Director of Finance & Administration to manage hiring across technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles and to maintain onboarding, offboarding, HR records, and recruiting systems. This is a remote, full-time role where Canada and Latin America candidates are engaged as independent contractors and U.S. candidates may be hired as employees.
