The Recruiter & People Operations Generalist leads end-to-end recruiting while supporting day-to-day people operations and administrative functions for a growing, remote organization. The role partners closely with the Director of Finance & Administration to help build scalable hiring and HR processes and works across technical, creative, operational, and leadership hires. It is a full-time position with U.S. candidates hired as employees and Canada/Latin America candidates engaged as full-time independent contractors.
