The Independents Group is seeking a resourceful and highly organized US Recruiter to support and lead recruitment across its diverse portfolio of agencies in the luxury, fashion, communications, and creative production sectors. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with agency leadership and hiring managers, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders to support the Group's continued growth in the US. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, creative environment while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
