Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join its Employee Services – Recruitment team, leading full-cycle recruitment for Airport Operations and Flight Crew positions while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, ensuring the hiring of exceptional individuals who embody the company's People First values, and contributing to a recruitment function that values people, safety, and community. This permanent full-time position is based at the head office in the South Terminal of the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, BC, with potential hybrid work arrangements. The Recruiter will play a critical part in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate workflows within the Dayforce ATS to support the airline's operational needs.
