About this role
The Recruiter will join RVO Health's Talent Acquisition team to support hiring across the organization and help drive short- and long-term talent acquisition goals. The role is based in South Charlotte and emphasizes togetherness, culture, and accountability with an in-office schedule Tuesday–Thursday and optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The position contributes to building the company’s talent brand and supporting hiring needs across multiple teams.
