An experienced Recruiter will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles across IT, finance, and marketing. The role involves headhunting internationally, maintaining hiring pipelines within BambooHR, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Additionally, the candidate will conduct recruitment training sessions for interviewers and ensure a structured, consistent interview process.
