Recruiter

The Recruiter (temporary assignment through Jefferson's internal staffing pool) is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring applicants for positions within Jefferson, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing recruitment advertising and budgets. The role also includes maintaining relationships with department heads, handling new hire processing in Workday, and providing consulting and training on hiring policies.
