Recruiter

The Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for GEA’s businesses across Italy, managing a portfolio of 30‑35 open requisitions, partnering with hiring managers and people partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining data in Workday, and supporting employer branding and recruitment initiatives across the EMEA region.
