Recruiter

The Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring for frontline and site-level roles across multiple locations in Illinois and Tennessee, managing job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer extensions while partnering with General Managers and HR. This full-time, hybrid position reports to the Director of HR and focuses on building a values‑based hiring process and tracking key metrics.
