The Recruiter coordinates and manages full-cycle recruitment for non-provider positions, ensuring a consistent and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment activities through the applicant tracking system, and facilitating the offer and pre-employment process. Additionally, the position coordinates the onboarding process for all new employees, including providers, and facilitates new-hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
