This contract role focuses on high-volume full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and technical professionals, primarily supporting large-scale data center projects in Plano, TX. The position involves managing aggressive hiring timelines for approximately 25 technician hires and 6–9 mission-critical or leadership hires per month. Candidates will build talent pipelines and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles such as fiber technicians, data center technicians, and project managers.
