This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support the organization's hiring and human resources initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive employee experience from initial contact through onboarding. Key duties include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
