Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of lease employees, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring compliance with company and DOT requirements. This remote/home-based role requires building strong relationships with customers and lease employees, conducting regular client visits in the Detroit area, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and managing the entire hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
