The Recruiter at Radical Numerics owns the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and closing, for technical roles including AI/ML researchers, engineers, and scientists. This role involves building and refining the company's recruiting function, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and establishing scalable hiring practices as the organization grows. The position requires managing the Ashby ATS, coordinating interview loops, and handling pre-immigration surveys for visa-dependent candidates.
