About this role

Executes full-cycle recruitment activities to support hiring needs for skilled trades and craft positions across multiple locations and projects. Sources, screens, and coordinates candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify workforce needs. Develops talent pipelines and maintains relationships with candidates, industry organizations, and community partners to support current and future staffing requirements.
