Recruiter

This role owns full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions across skilled trades, sales, and operations for Meriton's Operating Companies. The position involves partnering with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs, build sustainable talent pipelines through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The recruiter ensures a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience while maintaining accurate records and meeting key performance indicators.
