Recruiter

The Recruiter drives the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, while building a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop job descriptions, refine recruitment strategies, and maintain the organization's employment brand. The position also includes managing agency staff operations, overseeing provider onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
