The Recruiter is responsible for planning, developing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates across Clínica Romero, with a primary focus on the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Department. This temporary, grant-funded position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting onboarding. The role involves collaborating with SUD management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
