The Recruiter at Gravitate takes ownership of the entire hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews. This role is accountable for creating a thoughtful candidate experience and scaling the company's remote-first workforce while upholding a high-trust, high-autonomy culture. The position reports to the People Services Manager and focuses on improving recruiting operations and employer brand.
Gravitate is an AI-powered platform connecting the fuel supply chain, offering solutions for autonomous dispatch, supply optimization, and rack price optimization for refiners, wholesalers, carriers, and fuel retailers. Their product suite includes a flagship Supply & Dispatch platform, a purpose-built fuel transportation management system (Gravitate TMS), a universal fuel integration hub (Crossroads), an online bulk fuel selling platform, and a pricing engine. Gravitate serves downstream fuel operators — including c-stores, travel centers, and convenience networks — helping them capture more margin on every load through real-time AI-driven fuel decisions.
