This role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based clients, focusing on proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines for skilled trades, sales, and operations roles. The recruiter partners with hiring managers to understand requirements, conducts screenings and interviews, and manages candidate progression to ensure quality of hire and long-term retention. The position requires strong outbound sourcing skills and the ability to navigate the U.S. local talent market remotely from Mexico.
