Recruiter

The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a broad range of functions, including high-volume frontline operations, supply chain, sales, engineering, product management, administration, and executive leadership roles. This position requires a consultative approach to recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial electrical infrastructure, network infrastructure, automation, connectivity, or related industries and understands how to identify talent across both technical and commercial disciplines.
