Alta Ares is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for its Hardware and Engineering teams, focusing on critical technical roles across R&D, Production, and Industrialization. The role involves building proactive sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment process, and partnering with technical leaders to attract high-impact talent from defense, aerospace, and advanced hardware industries. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruitment experience, fluency in English and French, and a proven track record in technical hiring within scale-up environments.
