About this role

RXO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to extending offers. The role involves developing effective sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and collaborating with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish with at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Mexico.
