Recruiter

This role supports the division's staffing efforts by conducting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to in-processing. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of the division. The position involves sourcing and screening candidates with proper Security Clearance and accreditations to fill open positions. The recruiter will work with candidates through the entire recruiting cycle up to the offer phase, including client interviews and pre-employment vetting.
