Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs across Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Montana. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and reports to the HR Director.
