About this role
Instacart’s Recruiting Operations & Enablement team is seeking a Recruiting Associate to help run a tech-enabled recruiting engine that combines human judgment with automation. The role supports attracting and engaging candidates across the company while ensuring a strong candidate experience. This is a 6-month hourly contract role, remote within the United States or Canada, working closely with recruiters and other hiring stakeholders.
