About this role

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Employee Success team at Salesforce by managing the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to offer. The role involves coordinating complex logistics such as scheduling interviews across time zones, arranging travel, and processing offers and background checks. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient process while leveraging AI tools in Workday and Google Suite to optimize workflows.
