The Recruiting Coordinator at Astera Institute is responsible for building and managing a dynamic recruiting process to attract exceptional technologists and operators as the organization scales. Reporting to the COO, this role includes end-to-end candidate scheduling, maintaining candidate communication, and improving hiring systems while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the Residency selection process and contribute to various operational tasks as needed, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment that values innovative problem-solving.
