Recruiting Coordinator

A Recruiting Coordinator at Percepta is responsible for managing and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role involves scheduling and facilitating interviews, collaborating closely with the Head of Recruiting and hiring managers, and continuously improving recruiting processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, primarily from the SoHo office. Additionally, the candidate will communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams, acting as an advocate for all parties involved.
