Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will support an RPO partnership for a renewable energy client by managing the end‑to‑end interview and hiring process, including scheduling high‑volume interviews, coordinating logistics, preparing offer letters, and overseeing background checks and onboarding. The role serves as the operational backbone to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience from interview through day one.
