Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities and processes involved in law school recruiting, lateral associate recruiting, and hiring for the Los Angeles office. This role involves collaborating with the recruiting leadership team to manage summer, new, and lateral associate recruitment efforts while ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates. The position requires maintaining recruitment records, organizing on-campus interview logistics, and supporting the administration of the annual summer program.
