This role owns the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from coordinating interview logistics to designing and executing a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The position involves managing recruiting operations, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and improving processes through automation and AI tools. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm, professional experience for candidates and new employees while supporting the broader talent and people operations teams.
Prime Intellect is an open superintelligence stack that enables teams to train, deploy, and continuously improve their own AI models through an integrated suite of compute, training, inference, and sandbox tools. The platform offers hosted RL training environments, dedicated and serverless inference with LoRA support, and a global GPU compute marketplace. Prime Intellect also contributes open-source AI research, including large-scale models and frameworks for reinforcement learning at scale.
