Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator supports centralized onboarding execution from offer acceptance through hire and start date, ensuring candidates complete all pre-employment requirements and onboarding milestones efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards. This role involves coordinating background investigations, drug/medical screenings, and security clearance requests while serving as the primary candidate contact post-offer acceptance. The position requires maintaining accurate onboarding records, monitoring candidate progress, and communicating risks or delays to the RC Lead.
