Recruiting Lead (Findies)

Findies is seeking a Recruiting Lead to serve as the first dedicated talent professional, responsible for closing 15–20 strategic engineering, product, and marketing roles in the first year while building company-wide hiring infrastructure. As an individual contributor, this role involves end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, establishing standardized processes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency. The successful candidate will evolve into a Head of Talent position within 12–18 months as the organization scales within the e-commerce industry.
