Responsibilities

Design and configure Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules based on business requirements

Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes for timely resolution
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
