The position involves identifying target markets, recruiting prospective students, and developing a diverse pipeline of applicants while tracking their progress through enrollment. The ideal candidate will build collaborative partnerships with school districts, industry partners, and community organizations to foster a college-going culture and strengthen pathways into credit and non-credit programs.
