Recruitment and Retention Supervisor

The Recruitment and Retention Supervisor works with Vermont DOC managers and Human Resources to support safe and secure prisons and community offender supervision. This role oversees recruitment and retention coordinators, manages background investigations, and develops strategies to attract and retain staff. The position focuses on training facility-based specialists, managing social media outreach, and implementing onboarding and retention tracking systems. It requires minimal direction and has a high-level impact on the Department's culture.
