This role serves as the primary recruitment focal point for Jordan, Syria, and Türkiye, managing the full recruitment and selection cycle from job requisitions to candidate onboarding. The position involves coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and equal opportunity principles. Additionally, the role focuses on continuous improvement of recruitment processes, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting, and facilitating orientation for new hires.
