Recruitment Cluster Head

This role drives recruitment activities for the Agency Division and provides guidance to Agency Leaders to support growth in the agency force. The position focuses on bringing in quality Financial Representatives and overseeing their systematic onboarding to instill best practice behaviors. The role reports to the Recruitment Cluster Head and works closely with the Agency Division to achieve manpower growth targets.
