Recruitment Coordinator

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and agencies across domestic and international offices. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate records in Greenhouse, arranging travel, and supporting recruitment initiatives such as diversity and inclusion. The coordinator will also compile recruitment reports and help streamline hiring processes while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
