Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager

The Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager is a field-based role responsible for managing the employee lifecycle across assigned car wash locations, including hiring site leadership, building hourly hiring engines, developing teams, and driving retention practices. Success in this position requires being present on-site to coach leaders, address staffing needs, and implement strategies that reduce turnover and improve retention. Performance is measured through site-level metrics such as turnover rates, 90-day retention, and time-to-fill.
