Recruitment, Development, & Retention Manager

The Recruitment, Development, & Retention Manager is a field-based role responsible for managing the employee lifecycle across assigned car wash locations, including hiring site leadership, building hourly hiring engines, developing teams, and driving retention practices. Success in this position requires being present on-site to know teams by name, identify problems early, and coach leaders in the moment. Performance is measured at the site level through metrics such as turnover, 90-day retention, time-to-fill, and staffing coverage against the labor plan.
