Recruitment Experience Partner with German

As a Recruitment Experience Partner - DACH, you will serve as the primary face for candidates, managing high-volume hiring and delivering a seamless, human experience from initial contact through offer. You will collaborate closely with Recruitment Business Partners to execute core recruiting activities, including screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination, while maintaining data accuracy in Workday. This role requires strong German and English proficiency to ensure speed and clarity across daily operations.
