This role partners with Recruitment Business Partners to translate hiring needs into consistent execution, managing core recruiting activities like screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination. The position requires fluency in English and at least one other European language, with Dutch skills preferred, and focuses on delivering a fast, fair, and human hiring experience at scale.
