Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager leads all recruitment and retention efforts for Flint Group, a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This role focuses on building a pipeline of skilled technicians and industry leaders while implementing a candidate-focused approach to sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
